Refund policy
Trading Card Singles, Official Licensed Playmats, Sealed Product:
- Due to the nature and constant changes in prices in the Trading Card market, any/all sealed product, sealed/unsealed playmats, and single trading cards are FINAL sale.
- If you have an issue with a product that you've purchased, we would love to help you out, please reach out to us directly at info@thesidedeck.ca or visit us in store.
Gift Cards:
- We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Receiving Damaged Product
- We will do our best to make sure that your products are delivered safely and secured to your address. We are not responsible for any orders that are lost or damaged via standard mail. If you would like to purchased additional protection for your order as well as shipping, those options are available during checkout.
- If an order was lost in transit after having purchased tracked shipping, we will refund the order and the customer will be refunded and compensated.
- If you selected standard shipping, you will not receive a refund as nothing more can be done on our end.
- If you have issues with your package or questions about shipping, please reach out to us at info@thesidedeck.ca. Please make sure to include your order number in the subject line of the email.
